$99 Weeknights in Treehouses

Our 1 bedroom "Treehouse" units (click here) are on a special promotion for a limited time.  Weeknights (Sunday through Thursday nights, except for holiday rate periods) are only $99 per night.  For only a bit more than a hotel room, you get SO much more, including: king-sized bed, private deck with hot tub & fire pit, full kitchen, indoor gas-log fireplace.  Not valid during "super-peak" times (our highest rate period as shown in green on our rate calendar) and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.

Winter Promotion - 3rd and 7th nights free

Winter is a beautiful time to be in the Smokies.  Come see us and with 2 paid nights, you get a 3rd night free.  Also, if you can stay a full week, you get a second night free, too!  The following other restrictions apply:

• Stay must be completed before March 31, 2010
• The free night(s) is always applied to the least expensive night.
• Existing reservations can add a free night to their stay but must call to request this before their arrival date.  Retroactive freebies will not be granted.
• No other promotions can be combined with this offer.
• We reserve the right to rescind this offer without notice or when attempts are made to abuse the offer beyond the intended "spirit" of the offer, at our sole discretion.
• Stay must be contiguous nights, in the same cabin, and not previously reserved.

restrictions:

- promotion applies to "value" priced cabins only
- none of the nights in the stay can include any "super-peak" nights (holiday nights are the sea-foam green nights on our rate calendar)
- guests with existing reservations cannot get retroactive credit for this promotion. This promotion is based on availability only, and reservations already booked got early selection of dates and therefore do not get a free night.
- based on availability; applies to 7 nights contiguous stay only, and only in the same cabin; no partial credit for stays less than 7 nights; cannot be combined with other promotions.
