Built in 2008 with impeccable attention to detail throughout, the main house spans multiple levels with the great room at its center — a soaring, light-filled space that opens through sliding doors to multi-level terraces directly above Fontana Lake. The seamless blend of stone, wood, and wrought iron carries through every room. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with double Thermador gas ovens, double Sub-Zero refrigerators, two islands, a formal dining room, a breakfast room, and a breakfast bar. The master suite is a sanctuary: an antique king bed, French doors opening to the deck and an outdoor wood-burning fireplace, a 55-inch smart TV, and a spa-like bathroom with dual vanities and a double-headed shower with a bench.

This listing adds the guesthouse above the 3-car garage to the main house — giving your group all 7 bedrooms and access to 18 total sleeping spaces. The guesthouse is appointed with the same luxury and care as the main house. Guests enter through an outside entrance into a shared lobby with wet bar and coffee station, and a shared full bathroom. Two bedrooms flank the lobby: one king and one double-queen. It’s an ideal configuration for a second family or a group that wants some separation from the main house while staying in the same estate.

A double boathouse and 2-slip dock sit at the lake’s edge. Watershed Cabins’ concierge service can arrange boat or jet-ski rentals. A gym is available. Media and game rooms provide indoor entertainment. And a whole-home generator ensures the experience is never interrupted.
