About Azalea Creek Falls

Azalea Creek Falls is part of the Watershed Cabins Smoky Mountain Modern collection — a design-forward counterpart to the traditional log cabin aesthetic that defines most of the portfolio. Clean lines, minimalist decor, sleek architecture, and all the latest technology, wrapped around a mountain view so good that Jeanne called the sunsets “absolutely incredible.” It sits in The Falls community above Bryson City, the same gated neighborhood as Falls Edge and Little Bear, with fully paved road access all the way to the driveway.

The interior is a showcase. Glass-tile kitchen walls back open shelves, ample drawers, and a stunning quartz waterfall island. The living room has a ribbon-flame gas fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows that pull the mountain view inside. Both main-floor bedrooms are king suites with dedicated dual-sink bathrooms and Smart TVs — the master opens through a large window-wall to a private deck with cushioned modern Adirondack chairs and a view that earns those chairs a permanent spot in your morning routine. Downstairs, the massive rec room has a ping-pong table, a home theater, and sliding doors opening to the lower deck with gas fire pit and hot tub.

The kitchen is stocked well beyond rental standards — Julia described the place as feeling like a home rather than a rental, which is precisely the point. A gas grill with spare tank handles the cookouts. BalsamWest fast internet, Smart TVs throughout, and thoughtful extras like black face-cloths in every bathroom for makeup removal round out a property that genuinely thinks ahead.

What Our Guests Are Saying

5-star guest review
Jeanne  ·  December 2025

“We truly enjoyed our stay at Azalea Creek Falls. The breathtaking views from the large windows were a highlight, and the sunsets were absolutely incredible. The ping pong table was a fun bonus, and the hot tub was well maintained without the overpowering chlorine smell you sometimes find. This was one of the most enjoyable destinations and experiences we’ve had while visiting the Bryson City area, and we would gladly return.”
