Coopers Ridge was designed by its owners with a single, clear intention: to build a home where guests don’t feel like they’re in a rental. That intention shows in every detail — from the KitchenAid appliances and Belgian waffle maker in the custom granite kitchen, to the 60-foot south-facing deck that spans the entire width of the house, to the luxury hot tub with Bluetooth stereo, LED lighting, and 50 multi-functional jets. This is a property built to impress, and it delivers.

The great room opens through oversized sliding doors directly onto that sweeping deck, blurring the boundary between inside and out. A gas-log fireplace anchors the living space for cooler evenings. Three bedrooms offer genuine comfort and privacy, and the laundry room is stocked with a full-size Whirlpool washer and dryer, iron, and first-aid kit — the kind of thoughtful provisioning that tells you the owners actually thought through what guests need.

Outside, the hot tub sits on its own deck with mountain views, and a covered entry porch on the north side gives you a shaded alternative when the south-facing deck gets warm at midday. The location in the Alarka community puts you within easy reach of Bryson City, the Nantahala River, and the NOC — close enough to adventure, far enough to genuinely exhale.
