Perched at 3,500 feet in The Falls neighborhood above Bryson City, this newly constructed three-bedroom home sits at the center of a remarkable radius of things to do — Deep Creek tubing, Tsali mountain biking, Fontana Lake kayaking, NOC whitewater, and the legendary Tail of the Dragon at Deal’s Gap, all within easy reach. And unlike many ridge-top properties in the area, the roads here are fully paved all the way to the driveway. Every vehicle is welcome: sedans, sports cars, motorcycles, low-clearance vehicles — no exceptions, no hesitation.

The home itself is all modern amenities and panoramic west-facing views of the Nantahala Gorge and Deal’s Gap. Two king bedrooms and one queen give the group comfortable, flexible sleeping for six. Zito high-speed internet with no data caps means you can work from here or stream without compromise. The kitchen, living, and dining areas are open and well-appointed.

But the signature feature of Falls Edge isn’t inside. The Falls neighborhood has two waterfalls visible right from the road on the way up, and a third waterfall hidden just a short hike from the house — a private discovery that most guests stumble onto and immediately love. It’s the kind of detail that turns a good stay into an unforgettable one.

Driving enthusiasts take note: Tail of the Dragon at Deal’s Gap — 318 curves in 11 miles, one of the most celebrated driving roads in North America — is just 30 minutes away. Falls Edge and The Falls neighborhood sit at elevation with direct sightlines to Deal’s Gap, making this one of the best-positioned properties in the area for Dragon riders and driving clubs.

Getting Here: The road to Falls Edge is fully paved all the way to the driveway. No AWD or 4WD required — all vehicles are welcome including motorcycles, sports cars, and low-clearance vehicles. Exact directions will be provided after booking.
