The main-level primary suite has a king bed, en suite bath, and walk-in closet. The upper level adds a large bedroom, full bath, open loft sleeping, and a quiet office nook — a thoughtful touch for remote workers or guests who want a reading retreat. Below, the game room opens off the hot tub deck with a big-screen TV, games galore, and a full bath attached. A bunk room completes the lower level, making Little Bear genuinely flexible for families, groups of couples, or mixed groups who want everyone together without being on top of each other.

A whole-home Generac generator keeps the lights on through any mountain weather. The private waterfall on the property is one of those details that goes from “interesting” to “unforgettable” on your first evening by the fire pit.
