About Twin Pines
Twin Pines sits at the end of a one-lane road in a small private community in the Stecoah area between Robbinsville and Fontana Lake — the kind of place that takes a few extra minutes to find and then rewards you immediately for making the effort. Updated and refreshed from its Buckhorn days, the cabin now offers two bedrooms, two baths, and a curated interior that manages to feel both deliberately styled and genuinely cozy. The antler chandelier over the dining table. The western-themed master bedroom. The Bose speakers and Dish Network satellite. Every detail has been thought about.
The stone gas-log fireplace anchors the living room, leather sofa and all, and the kitchen is stocked more thoroughly than most rentals in the portfolio — more pots, pans, storage bowls, and small appliances than you’d expect. Outside, the fire pit is waiting for evenings under the stars, and the hot tub handles the rest. The covered carport keeps your vehicle dry overnight.
Cell service is limited in this area — the Starlink internet works well, and there’s a reliable cell signal spot at the Teaberry Campground at the bottom of the hill in an emergency. For guests who want to actually disconnect, Twin Pines delivers that in abundance. For everyone else, Starlink has you covered.
